The Development Process
Fact-Finding -
The Initial Step of the process is to conduct a fact-finding session
with management. The purpose of the fact-finding is two-fold. First is
to develop the specific needs of the organization. Based upon this
analysis the programs will be supplemented with
additional material to meet the identified needs. Secondly, the goals
of the organization will be reviewed for use within the programs.
Sessions - Ten (10) weekly
sessions of 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours duration will be scheduled. Each
participant will commit to attending all sessions and spend time each day between sessions in preparation and action planning. Individual
consultations will be scheduled as requested.
Goal-Setting - Each
participant will develop five to eight organizational goals. The
organizational goals will be structured to support the departmental and
organizational objectives and will be developed with the assistance
and support of the participant's supervisor.
Follow-up -
Accountability will be established through weekly progress reports on
the achievement of individual goals. Follow-up meetings to
review the progress and to insure that required support is provided
will be set at 1, 3 and 6 month intervals. Management will be given
regular updates on the progress of the program.
Results - Each participant
will take pre- and post- course evaluations with the results
reviewed periodically to track participants' progress. Weekly reports describing
individual goal attainment and presentations on the status and results
of the organizational goals developed to support the organization's
business plans, create direction for the participant and increase
profits for business. Upon completion each participant will receive a
certificate from Resource Associates Corporation. These programs
qualify for CEU's if approved by your local professional group.
