   Billy Williams is president of People Development Company in Siler City, North Carolina. Prior to founding People Development Company, Billy spent 25 years in business, including Personal Development Manager with a National Company. Billy was responsible for all personnel development in 10 Southeastern states. This included Sales Representatives, Managers, Nutrition Specialists and other support people. His other manger responsibility included Sales and Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager, where his diverse experience covered all aspects of Managing, Marketing, Distribution and developing Sales Representatives for maximum corporate margins.

    As a certified facilitator for Integrity Systems (IS), Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) and Achievement Seminars International (ASI), Billy assists  organizations and businesses by implementing a business approach in continue growth to reach there goals. One recent organization that completed a sales development process resulted in a 43% increase in sales 6 months after completing the process. He is also certified  by the Gallup organization as a Sales Representative Interview Perceiver Specialist, this process identifies strengths and weaknesses of an individual prior to employment.

    Billy has written articles for the quarterly Sales News used by the national company he worked with, prior to founding the People Development Company. He has served in many civic and business organizations, including the North Carolina State University Agriculture Foundation Board and Scholarship Committee, and  also serves as a volunteer firefighter.

   We are affiliated with Resources Associates Corporation of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, an International Development Research Center with over 350 affiliates worldwide. RAC have provided services to thousands of organizations from small businesses, to the Fortune 500 in a wide variety of industries, government, health care, education, and non-profit organizations.  Hundreds of thousands of individuals and employees have benefited from its process since 1978.  We are certified in Development Processes by RAC.  We are also certified to facilitate Development processes by Integrity Systems and Achievement Seminar International (ASI).
